These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with ("Tapzelio", "we", "us"). By sending an order request or using the site, you agree to them.

Order requests and acceptance

Submitting an order request is an offer to buy, not a completed purchase. We accept it when we confirm it to you in writing, usually by email. The confirmation states the items, product selection, shipping cost, tax, and final total. We may decline or cancel a request, for example because of an error in pricing or a problem with the information provided. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you.

Prices and payment

Prices on the site are in and may change. The price in your written confirmation is the price you pay. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax unless the confirmation says so. Payment is due as described in the confirmation. This website accepts order requests only and does not collect payment card details. After confirming the order and total, we provide separate payment instructions. Card acceptance depends on the active payment service identified in those instructions. Do not send card numbers or security codes through these forms or by email.

Third-party products and existing artwork

Tapzelio resells ready-made products manufactured and printed by third parties. We do not manufacture, custom-print, or add business logos to these items. Existing supplier graphics are not evidence of Google manufacture, sponsorship, or approval. The exact product design, condition, link setup, and any third-party service dependencies must be identified before purchase.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to use the business name, logo, and review link you provide.
• You must follow Google's policies and applicable law when you ask customers for reviews. That includes not offering rewards for reviews and not selectively asking only some customers.
• You must not use our products or this site for anything unlawful or misleading.

How the products work

NFC reading depends on the customer's phone, its settings, its case, and the surface the piece sits on. Some phones cannot read NFC, which is why every piece also has a QR code. We do not promise that every tap will read on every phone.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any number of reviews, any rating, or any change in your search ranking or sales. Reviews are written by your customers on Google, which we do not control.

Third-party names

Google is a trademark of Google LLC. Tapzelio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Warranty and liability

If a product does not work, we offer a free replacement when you report the issue within 30 days of purchase. This offer does not limit mandatory legal rights or remedies. Except as the law requires, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. [Have counsel confirm these limits are valid where you operate.]

Shipping and returns

All sales are final. No change-of-mind returns or refunds. If your product does not work, contact helptapzelio@gmail.com within days of purchase for a free replacement. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. See our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

Payment disputes and legal remedies

If you believe a charge is incorrect or a product has a problem, contact so we can review it. Tapzelio may contest unsupported payment disputes and pursue remedies available under applicable law. Reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs may be recovered only where authorized by applicable law or an enforceable agreement and awarded by a court with jurisdiction. Fees are not automatically owed because Tapzelio disagrees with a claim. Nothing in these terms restricts a good-faith complaint, a lawful cardholder dispute, access to a regulator, or other nonwaivable rights. Any proposed contractual fee-shifting provision requires legal review before adoption.
