A simple link between your customer and your review form.
Each Tapzelio piece holds a web address. Your phone reads it and opens it. That is the whole trick, and it is why there is nothing to install.
Tap, open, review.
The exact timing depends on the customer, but the path is short and the same for everyone.

Tap or scan
The customer holds the top of their phone against the card or stand. NFC works over a short distance, so the phone needs to be close. If their phone cannot read NFC, they point the camera at the QR code instead.
NFC, or QR as backup - 2
Your review page opens
The phone shows a prompt or opens the link in its browser. The link goes straight to your Google review page, so there is no search and no extra screen from us.
Straight to Google - 3
They post the review
They sign in to their Google account if needed, pick a star rating, add a comment if they want, and post. Google determines whether and when the submitted review is published.

Set it where people pay
Put it at the register, on the table, or with the receipt. Say one sentence. That is the whole routine.
What affects how well a tap reads.
- Phones
- NFC-enabled iPhones (iPhone XS and later) and Android phones with NFC switched on can read a tag with the phone's built-in reader. Other phones use the QR code.
- Phone cases
- Thin cases are usually fine. Thick cases, or cases with a metal plate or a card holder on the back, can block the signal. The QR code covers those customers.
- Metal surfaces
- Metal interferes with NFC. Do not stick a card directly onto a metal surface, and set stands on a non-metal part of the counter.
- Battery
- The chip has no battery. The customer's phone powers it for the moment of the tap.
- Wording
- A short line from your staff helps: "If you enjoyed your visit, tap here to leave us a review." Do not offer a reward for the review.
